Ever since I can remember being a person…

…I’ve had this quirky fascination with things that are round.

Imagine this:
Back in 1st grade, my teacher hands me this small rubber band ball to help with my classroom nerves. Surprisingly, that tiny ball becomes the spark for a whole rubber band ball adventure.

Becoming an expert

I quickly become a pro at making rubber band balls, even sold a hefty 28 lbs one on E-bay that didn’t quite hit the mark.

Mom stepping in to help

My mom’s hard work in trying to get my rubber band ball passion some recognition pays off when Ripley’s Believe it or Not! invites us to see the world’s biggest rubber band ball in Orlando, FL in 2011 – weighing a whopping 9,432 lbs.

The story doesn’t end there

Flip to page 141 of Ripley’s Believe it or Not! book in 2012, and you’ll find a little write-up about my rubber band ball escapades.

A new record

Now, fast forward to today, and my pride and joy, my biggest rubber band ball weighs over 1,200 lbs.

Facing some obstacles

Some bands came from generous sponsors, but the challenge now is finding the right rubber bands. Turns out, getting custom ones from China is a bit of a budget buster.

This is where you come in

Can you be the supporter of my rubber band dreams? A donation, big or small, would mean the world. Check out my GoFundMe page—it’s where rubber band ball enthusiasts unite for a good cause.
